There have been several major problems at my job that I have decided I will be looking for another amoungst other reasons in my personal life. I do not make enough to put up with everything that has/is going on there. I have come to my boss a few times to try and talk with her about these issues and every time I am either turned away because she does'nt have time to talk or she will not listen, she will talk over me. Then there have been 2 incidents where a couple of co-workers went to her and complained about me, 1 was bullshit, and the other was partially my fault and partially bullshit. I have not been there for very long, and I keep thinking things will get better, but obviously there not. Anyway, today I get a call on my answering machine (I had the last 2 days off) and it is one of my co-workers telling me that today is our boss's birthday but they are going to have a celebration tommorow and if I could bring something. EXCUSE ME?!? HELL NO!! For one thing I am only working part-time making 26 cents more then minimum wage, and what little money I get will be spent to support my family. Not on a boss such as mine, who plays favorites, won't listen to me, and automatically accuses me of shit I didn't do. I can't wait to get out of there. Unfortunatly I do LOVE the job itself. I have learned SO much, and I love the people I help to take care of. Well I am sure when I arrive back at work empty handed I can either tell everyone the truth and say fuck it, I will be leaving this place soon anyway, or tell a tall tale (I HATE lying period)so HOPEFULLY kissing ass will help to smooth things over at work. Then I think of a few of the bitches I work with, how little I make, and how unprofessional my boss has been. I am not going to kiss ass, I know that, that is not like me at all. I am more the type where I can tell them to kiss my ass! ;)I have to find another job soon, cause I know I could tell the ones I have a problem with to go fuck themself and quit on the spot. But I am really trying to hang in there. After what happened at a job last summer to me and my family at a pathetic excuse for a business, a Shell gas station in Ripon, California (you can read what happened in my message to Lexxus on the Confidential Forum here at this enormous website) I will not take any bullshit from any co-worker or supervisorever again. They can either be nice, treat me with respect, and if not, stay the hell away and let me get my work done. It's sad when people who do not have a life or have a pathetic life have to try and screw over other people. Mark my word, eventually people like me will get the last laugh over people like that.I would really appreciate any comments or perhaps advice from anyone reading this that would be constructive and help me in this matter, either here publicly or by e-mailing me. Thank you. Ok, I feel better now...:)
