What do you get when you combine keen intellect with the literary talent of an Oxford Literature professor? Brilliantly done essays - concise, easy-to-read, easy-to-follow (at times, even breezy) religious arguments very much along the line of the ones that we used to participate in on this forum. In fact, I wish I would have already read this small book before we had those discussions because Lewis expressed several of my ideas in much clearer form than I ever could have hoped to. Not that I'm in total agreement with all of his conclusions, but it is a joy to read well-reasoned arguments in well-written essays.
MVD, Adilbrand and Abba's Son - if you've not had the chance to read "Mere Christianity", I encourage you to do so.
