A LOW BUDGET, HIGH YIELD CARGO OPERATIONS.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
BACKGROUND
Triple x cargo airline is a company founded in Nigeria. The company was established to provide air cargo services from Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the world in general to West Africa.
The mode of operation will be tailored around the FAA part 121 corporate templates. The idea is to acquire two (2) DC8 73F freighters at a reasonable cost, based on outright purchase to enable us jump start the operation.
Major carriers all dump the freight for the Africa market in Europe, for onward distribution to West Africa countries. That�s where we come in.
Triple x cargo plans to be a major player to satisfy the rapidly increasing demand for direct cargo flights to most Africa, the Middle East, and targeted European countries.
In the long run, our aim is to provide direct cargo services and be major player globally.

MANAGEMENT
The company is blessed with a versatile management team with a combined public and private industry experience of over 150 years. Experiences were gained in finance, marketing, air/ground transportation, operations management, government, security and safety. Senior partners are pilots and engineers.

MARKETING
Basically, the aircraft will be operated on an ACMI (i.e. Aircraft, Crew, Maintenances and Insurance) basis. GSA�S (General Sales Agents) will market the account at reasonably negotiated bulk rate.
The GSA�S have a global network of cargo operations; our goal will be to source the most reputable GSA�S.
It will be our responsibility to crew and maintain the accounts to the standards and flights hours agreeable with the country of registration.
FINANCE
The company will be privately held.
Our projection is to achieve a 100% load factor immediately, because GSA�S have cargo ready for transporting, and most cargo lifting contracts are multi-year in nature, thereby allowing for robust P & L budgeting.
That�s the concept of cargo operations, as long as safety is not compromised, payload is not substituted for fuel, hence the ease in achieving the 100% load factor.
Our investment need is $15m USD, (Fifteen million USD), which we aim to spread over a period of three (3) years. The first $8m is for the acquisition and maintenance of the aircraft. The remaining balance of $7m will be deployed to working capital and other contingencies.
Average revenue of $18m and expense of $13m is envisaged annually, yielding a projected gross profit of $5m per aircraft.
Potential investors could be private, public, or combination of both.
Investors or their representatives will be welcomed into the equity participation, board membership and/or company employees. In short, their level of participation is open for negotiation.
