Those of us who have waited much of our lives to see PF Sloan perform live were finally rewarded last Thursday night in Chicago. I'm a disc jockey and have played his songs countless times on the radio, extolling the virtues of Mr. Sloan, but never thought I'd get the chance to see not only a live performance, but to have the honor of meeting him as well. I loved his performance as it was from the heart. And after each song, he'd exude a slight boyish grin that made him look so happy to be performing in front of an audience. PF, we love you and we've missed you and we're glad you're back with a collection of great new songs and performing your unique catalogue of timeless masterpieces. Peace be with you and rock on, my brother!
