Actually, I found Raised on Records to be spiritually based because to me atleast or in my opinion PF was honest in revealing himself in his music and lyrics. The lyrics contained in that album really hit home for me. And again being so candid and putting it down in wonderful music as he did with instrumentatiton that was tender, bold, and put together really well....made this album or makes this album my favorite. His lack of ego in his lyrics though expressing hidden pride made me feel that I was not alone in my thinking and I still find the album today to be spiritually based and as good as it comes. I believe everything he wrote of then (In Raised on Records) and also, of course, in Eve of Destruction rings true today and that is what, to me, makes PF's lyrics and music so very special and timeless. His spiritual heart came through very clearly in Raised On Records so it should not be any wonder that subsequently his music to come followed with spiritual truths for all of us to embrace...thanks for the music PF.
