I just happened to stumble across your inquiry. A bit late perhaps, but anyway...
"Can I Get To Know You Better" was released on Tom & Mick's first and only album entitled "Maniacs" (Maniacs is also the name of the group accompanying the duo) in 1967. Tommy K�rberg then pursued a solo career.
