She climbs to the top of the mountain and looks at the scenery for a moment, shading her eyes against the setting sun. The faerie stops too, but watches.
"It's pretty," Grace murmurs. The faerie nods. The girl finally looks up at him and asks, "Who are you?"
"My name is Crow."
"Crow? What kind of name is that? You don't really look one," she replies, amused.
The faerie crosses his arms, but grins. "It's not as if your name describes you perfectly."
"And how you know my name?"
"I just do," he says. "Come on, are you going to find the ring or not?"
She shrugs and looks at Crow again. "I guess so. I just got sidetracked," she says, starting off again. "Now where am I supposed to go?"
"For the ring? You have to go into the mountain for that."
Grace groans and walks back to the crevasse they had just passed. "I have to do that again?"
Crow nods and flies down. The girl sighs and starts climbing.
