It had been strange, waking up here, especially in the spare room... She had wandered around the apartment for an hour or so, figuring Kevin had left for work already. She eventually ran herself a bath and as she settled in it she caught sight of a bottle of conditioner. She sets her jaw lightly and picks it up, staring quietly at it for a few moments before hurling it across the room at the mirror, a sob catching in her throat as she draws her knees to her chest , her long dark curls hanging in wet rats tails down her slender back.

He shifted from foot to foot outside of the door, before he knocked - he wasn't best friends with Kevin, but he'd spoken to the man a couple of times since she'd gone and he was sure that Kevin would have mentioned she was coming back so soon unless it was some sort of emergency. She doesn't hear him knocking, reaching for the closest thing to hand, ewhich happened to be a glass jar of bath salts, which she presumed also belonged to the other girl, throwing them with all her might, the jar and mirror shattering as they collided.
