hi, i feel weird doing this but i have to, me and my girlfreind have been going out for about 5 months, i love her alot but shes affraid to go to sleep (theres other things too) at first i thought she had some issues, we all do, but the other night, she told me that in her room almost every night theres ghost there, she says that she doesnt see them she feels and hears them, they actually whisper things to her, she said mostly its a name but she cant remember it the other things they say she cant understand or if she does shes not telling me. shes terrified and according to her, its always happened, thats why shes affraid when i go home and she has trouble sleeping. i didnt believe in ghosts till now, i love her and i know shes not crazy,i want these things, whatever they are, to go away, if you can help me out with any info, even just pointing me in the right direction, id be in your debt

Woah,

I'm afraid that I can't help you, but I am having similar experiences : I've just moved into a flat in amsterdam. The flat is really nice, except the bedroom - I have very similar experiences to your girlfriend : I haven't slept properly since I moved in two weeks ago, and I can tell you that it's pretty frightening all on your own. I don't have enough money to move straight away, so I'm really stuck. I don't believe it'll go away either - it does the same things though - I can be asleep at night, and all of a sudden, there's this weird noise , like a cymbal hit played in reverse, and I wake up with a word or picture in my head .

If anyone know anything about how to handle this, please please please tell me - I'm not sure how much longer I can go on not sleeping and working all day ...

I had a similar happening. I awoke from what I thought was a dream state to hear whispering voices all around me. I could not discern what was being said, but I knew it was directed at me. This happened quite a few years back in a home I could swear was haunted. To dispel the voices I prayed. The voices gradually diminished in intensity until they finally subsided. That never happened again, but other things have.

You have been attached! You need a real psychic to help you detach. Did you learn how to contact spirits? How to protect yourself before opening to the unknown? It is a tool and so just like a Makita one has to learn how to use the tool or one loses a hand!!!

This is not a play thing. I suggest you pick up ANY book on psychic phenonmena and read do some homework.

A spirit has attached itself to you. You need help to get it out of you aura
It is not a bad thing it is just like getting gum in your hair. You need to take care of it!!

Is it possible that you did something that you may feel guilty for deep inside? Fear is a pretty powerful thing but it can be over come. The other thing..as a person who is frequently "contacted" by those who have crossed over,I can tell you that I have never had a bad experience. Don't stress yourself over it and don't view it as being "tormented". There are many "lost" souls out there and often they just need a little help getting home. As for your grandmother..my great-grandmother was the first to contact me. Let your family come to you and stop trying to contact them. Have faith that when you need them, they will be there. You have nothing to be afraid of. Believe me, it isn't all demon's and evil spirits. :)

I had a similar "problem" once. My grandfather was "bothering" me and I told him to please leave me alone. He did and I have not "heard" from him since.

I had a talk with my grandma just a couple of months before she died asking her not to come to me in death. She hasn't but my 7 year old son has seen her watching over him a couple of times. And yes, I do believe him.

DON'T MIND THE FIRST ENTRY...I MESSED UP ON IT. READ THIS ONE, TO MAKE MORE SENSE!
You guys w/ the problems w/ sleeping b/c the spirits are bothering you. There must be alot of supernatural things that happened in that house. I'd research who owned the houses, and look through the old newspapers in the library to see if anyone was murdered, hurt, or had commited suicide in that house. If u do find out more about the spirit, or spirits, in your house, u can contact them w/ personal information u learn about them. Like, sometimes if u bring up a favorite stuffed animal to a child spirit, they will come to u, knowing u are trying to be nice.
Sprits are weird, and they're all different, but I believe in them. The most u can do is find time to set down and research everything. It'll be hard, but I believve it's the only way.
for example, I heard a story of a couple moving into a haunted house. There was a woman and a little boy spirit. They researched who lived there and found out that a woman had been murdered, then her husband committed suicide, and the boy had been murdered too. No-one knows how! After they found out that the little boy loved the piano, they began to play the piano for him in his bedroom. He would come out and play the piano w/ them, sometimes he would cry and tell them stories of how his dad beat him and his mother. In the end, they discovered that the boy had been beated and knocked down the stairs where he died. The mother had been murdered b/c she watched it happen. The man never really committed suicide, b/c they never found his body. the little boy mentioned something about not knowing his daddy's name and so the researchers discovered that the man had changed his name and started his life over. He became a doctor in the nearby town. They foundhim and discovered the woman and child's bodies in the lake by the town.
the little boys spirit helped to punish his father, knowing he was guilty. so he could pass over to where he belonged.
the house was no longer haunted!
