The other's demeanor of unease was easily read, but she would much prefer the creatures attitude of cruelty to her actions of insanity. She, as stated before, knew not the words uttered coldly from Sphynx, though from their tone even someone mute could tell they were not a compliment. Inwardly, she was grated irratably by being called a child, for that was one of her highest pet peeves.
