Subject: Slumps

Kavrel Sarvale slumps in a rather squashy chair, gray eyes glued to his book, black hair unkempt.

Lania glides in in a semi-daze, a small satisfied smile on her facel; the family resemblence between them is unmistakeable.

Kavrel notices his sister, "Lan!" He leaps up to give her a quick embrace. "I haven't seen you in a while. What's going on?"

"She bonded." Lania replies dreamily.

"Who...?"

"Mor." Lania is absolutly ecstatic.

Kavrel raises one eyebrow, suprised, "Well!....Good for her. Maybe it will tone her down a bit." He rolls his eyes.

"Kav! You two need to quit being so stubborn and remember that you are brother and sister!"

Kavrel crosses his arms defiantly and looks away.

Lania gives an exasperated sigh. "Fine! Have it your way!" She looks a bit sadand heads for her rooms. Kavrel returns to his book, though he doesn't seem as focused on it now.
