A pebble falls from the cave mouth above her. It bounces a few times, before rolling in an arc to land near her hand. Kaven jumps down, landing beside her, and sitting. He gently moves a strand of her firey hair from her face, landing a simple kiss on her lips.
"It is good to see you again, my lady." he says quietly with a somber grin. "It is good to see you again as well, Vannea. I hope you both have fared well in my absence." he shoots a nervous glance at the beauty beside him.
"I am sorry about being gone so long," he murmurs putting his hand around her, allowing her to rest comfortably in his shoulder.
"I promise it will never happen again," he murmurs, watching the sunset.
