All equines come here after they've entered Nlañk´abY. Stallions can claim mares here but once a mare is claimed she may not come back here unless she has a good reason because then the claimed get mixed up with the unclaimed.

The valley offers no protection to rain or anything else like that yet food and water are plentiful; it is also a very attractive land.
