Subject: It's not always rainbows and butterflies

Her arms were still curled around his neck as he brought her in, he made her feel safe and she was reluctant to let go of that... but she knew she had to eventually. She rested her head on his shoulder, dark eyes growing accustomed to the dark room slowly before she reached out and hit the lights behind them, breathing a soft sigh of relief to see they were safe in his apartment, door bolted, lights on

Once she was out she was out for good, she was a deep silent sleeper- she could play dead perfectly if she knew it. He could move away without so much making her twitch... though if she woke up alone in the dark she'd be terrified.
