Subject: accurac about rhe Donofrio lawsuit before the Supreme Court

The mainstream media, on reporting about the lawsuit Donofrio vs Wells, continues to inaccurately compare it to those cases which demand to see Mr. Obama's birth certificate.

Today, the Chicago Tribune had such an article. I have eemailed to that reporter the follwing factual information.

----- Subject: it's not about the birth certificate; it's about his dual citizenship at birth.

Dear sir,

The article dated Dec. 03, 2008 "Will Supreme Court take case on Obama's citizenship?" ( http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/6145787.html ) does not accurately explain what the case is about. The article infers that Donofrio vs. Wells is like those others demanding to see Mr. Obama's long form Birth Certificate, which would have name of hospital, and attending physician's name.

The Donofrio case is NOT like these. For accuracy in media, please be informed that this case - the portion that pertains to Mr. Obama's eligibility - addresses the fact that Mr. Obama had dual citizenship at birth. The location of that birth is immaterial. The Donofrio case against Ms. Wells contends that two other candidates on the New Jersey ballot were not eligible for the Office of President: John McCain of the Republican Party, and Roger Calero of the Socialist Worker's Party.
