Subject: Beware of fraudulent PAYPAL emails

If you get an email warning you that you are going to lose your Paypal priveledges if you don't update your billing information and they give you a link to click it is most likely a fraud email from an identity thief.

If it begins "dear valued member" or "dear paypal member" it is NOT from Paypal. Paypal will always address you by your FIRST and LAST name...or Business name.

Forward any suspicious emails to spoof@paypal.com

I have gotten many eBay spoofs but this was my first Paypal spoof. Dirty rotten internet criminals trying to steal whatever they can from the rest of us...it makes me sick that the world has so many people like that in it...

If you accidently did give out any info...change your passwords immediately and notify paypal and/or your credit card company.
