The Tots mom is a director, the Cinderella Woman's mom is D.S.'s largest director, the Mini Miss and Miss both take lessons from D.S.'s studio (and pay her every month) and have know her for a long time. The Teen winner has also been involved with Cinderella for a long time. One of the Judges has been Royalty with contestants before. It appears that while there were 2 Overall winners who were new to the program they aren't new to D.S. as they have had her for a dance teacher for a long time and take from other teachers at D.S.'s studio. I think you would be rather suprised at who is writing the negative comments! I am one of the supposed people who is "no longer allowed to participate" in AZ Cinderella (although DS has never said it, I wouldnt want to return anyhow). I wrote the comment praising MC's win because she deserves it! As for the other winners, I have not a clue who they are or how they did. I am quite happy where I am, AZ Cindy has some wonderful people & some not so wonderful! It is obvious that the comments are coming from people who attended your state this past year, not people who left years ago!
