Pleased to have been helpful. I found the meaning of the few abreviations missing thanks to Michael Weise, webmaster of u-boot-net.de
Here it is :
04.1918-09.1918 - zur Verfügung des Stabes des Führers der Unterseeboote (Mittelmeer)
09.1918-Ende - zur Information auf SM UB 48 (Mittelmeer)

z. Vfg. = zur Verfügung
Stab d. F.d.U. = Stab des Führers der Unterseeboote
z. Inf. = zur Information
