I can find no reference to V67 torpedo boats but there were V67 class destroyers. There was less distinction between torpedo boats and destroyers and the latter were termed "Large Torpedo Boats" (Grosse Torpedoboote) and the term Destroyer (Zerstorer) was not adopted until the B.97 class was laid down in 1914/15. The largest destroyers built during the war carried an armament of 4-5.9"guns.
Torpedo boats were not named, carrying a consecutive number, prefaced by a letter denoting the builder V= A.G. Vulcan.
V67 - Length 269 ft.; 924 tons; two funnels, 2-shaft geared turbines, SHP 23500; 35knots; oil fired
3-3.4" guns; 6-20" torpedo tubes, 24 mines
Scuttled, Nov. 2, 1918 Terneuzen Canal, Belgium
I hope this helps.
