I copied it when I first read it so that I could check it over again offline. Boy am I glad now that I did!!!!!

HERE IT IS:

Registration Requirements for Class Participant Application
 This is not a novel revision course. In the course of this class, you will be writing a significant portion of a new novel. Please consider your personal time constraints before applying.
 Writer must have completed at least one novel or ten short stories of more than 2000 words each. Any genre will qualify. Writers may choose to write in any genre for the course, as well.
 Writer must commit to attending each class (emergencies understood, but a participant writer who misses more than one class will be moved to auditor status for the remainder of the course).
 Preference given to writers who have active membership in SFWA, HWA, RWA, Writers' Guild, or other professional writers' organization, and secondarily to writers who have associate membership in the above organizations with one or more pro sales.
 Participants in this class will be chosen by my assessment of readiness for pro publication based on manuscript submission, not based on order of application.
 Only six writers will be chosen for active participation -- other writers who apply and meet the criteria and attend as auditing members will be offered any positions that open up in the class during the first six weeks. After the first six weeks, drop-outs will not be replaced except by request of a qualifying auditor.
 If you qualify as a participant but did not make the first class due to lack of space, you will be notified of eligibility by e-mail -- you will automatically be in queue for future occurences of this course if they are offered.
 Writers who do not qualify for participant status may reapply each time the course is offered -- writers often make great leaps in writing ability in a short period of time, and I'll take that into consideration in each review of your work.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY:

To apply for this course, create a file with the first fifteen double-spaced pages of your novel, and the last fifteen double-spaced pages, or one of your ten completed short stories of 2000 words or greater. You may submit this in either Word, RTF, or formatted .txt format. At the top of the first page, please include your name, a copyright notice including the year the work was written, and a current e-mail address. If you qualify for the course based on your writing sample, you will be requested to send the entire novel manuscript or ten short stories that you wish to use to receive placement.
Also include a brief letter describing what you hope to get from the class -- which things you think will be of particular benefit to you.
E-mail you submission package on any of the three registration days (but not before or after), to holly.lisle@sff.net
The SUBJECT of your e-mail should be APPLICATION: Breakout Novel Course

If you KNOW you only want to audit the course because of time constraints, or if you don't yet qualify, all you need to do during the three days of registration (but not before or after) is send me an e-mail letting me know you want to audit the course. You do not need to put together a submission package. All audit requests will be accepted.

E-mail an audit request to:
holly.lisle@sff.net
The SUBJECT of your e-mail should be AUDIT: Breakout Novel Course.
