Subject: Insurrextion thoughts Author: mgr_y3k [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 12:49:21 05/06/02 Mon what did everyone think of insurrextion? i was there and havent seen the event on tape. i thort the event went down pretty well live. the atmosphere was amazin and i feel it was a great show live. there was alot of confusion during the event, especially when spike hurt his leg and the showed the replay on the big screens. it looked pretty bad and the crowd all had a mixed reaction. secondly when the ropes broke was a bit of a shock seein the ropes droop so bad and spoil the match. there were a few chants from the upper decks of 'broke the ring, brokethe ring, broke the ring' but i dunno if thy came across on the tv. i cant believe bradshaws self inflicted smash to the turnbuckle. even wtchin it from afar it was noticable. most of the on screen interviews were barely audable and so was most of the music. the dark match was mr perfect v goldust with perfect gettin a big pop when he entered.the hardcore match was probably the most fun to watch live asit was the most action packed match. booker t got one of the loudest pops when he entered with only austin, hhh and rvd louder. at the end of the show hhh just stood in the ring and did a spinning point with both hands at the crowd and we did sort of a mexican wave as he pointed in our direction. as he left some girl ran up the ramp and jumped on him,. he threw her off and security jumped on her. after the show when the arena was down 2 about 200 people, while the clearout team were dismantalling the ring and titantron, someone cameout for taker's bike to the delight of the remaining crowd who cheered him on. halfway into the event somethin went wrong with the sound system and made a huge high piched noise. was that picked up on tv? when u watch the event next look out for me. i was wearin a cactus jack wanted dead t shirt and had the signs 'vince get your oWn ideas' and 'dont go to guerrero's barber'. post here what u thoght. mgr_y3k [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ]
