hehe, I've had the priviledge to show before I got my flakey arabian mare (WHOM DOESNT SHOW, lol...cause she doesnt trailer well)...anyways, the best advice I can give you is to stay calm, and be CONFIDENT :) it'll boost your self-esteem, as well as your horse's. To stay calm and collected I usually talk to my horse (like IO stated), by talking gently to your horse it'll keep your horse on his/her toes, as well as you, and give you something else to think about. Also, while you are there hang out with your friends (if any of em' go) while schooling your horse...joke around, it's always a good way to forget about being nervous :) Again, good luck to the two of you!!
