Oh, i didnt realize most of your clientele was the elderly, i thought it was more of a mixed demographic....I guess it does make sense. Maybe you can do it the old fashioned way and just drop heavy hints next time you see one of the kids in the salon, so they can get it for their moms for next Christmas. So sad that these people are so clueless and dont do enough for their parents, makes me question what is the point of having kids, raising them and sacrificing everything for them when there is a good chance they won't even take care of you when you're old :( I guess my maternal urge really has not kicked in yet, to say the least, i'm still in the "i want my freedom" mode LOL
Man, we would for sure have so much fun if you did my hair, you should move to NYC and open up a salon here. The real estate is a tad pricey but the upside is that you can charge much higher prices and you won't mostly cater to elderly widows, you will actually get to do younger peoples hair, like trophy wives of rich Manhattanites and busy business women :)))
About Times Square, well dont quote me on those exact numbers, it's not LITERALLY 90% tourists but let me tell ya, it is a pretty high percentage. New Yorkers hate Times Square, it's always a zoo :)
Oh, just looked at the Oscar nominations, they were announced today. Unsurprisingly, Silver Linings Playbook cleaned up with the noms! Best Picture nod, Best Director, Adapted Screenplay, the cast has been nominated in all 4 categories....I mean, this movie was very well received and for very good reasons!!
