Homebake was a bloody good day all round, but the absolute highlights of my day HAD to be TBE, Damn they rocked!! I was right up the front and i was having the time of my life! They played ALL 6 songs of their EP which i was cheerin, and they Blew me away!! i expected them to be good, but not THAT good... and the atmosphere with all the other diehard fans was madness too. And got those guys are so energetic and emotionally into their music!, it really creates a connection to their fans and ups the experience for everybody by alot. all i can say is that i cant wait to see those guys again!!

I dont know if any of u other fans at homebake saw George, i was in a dead decision to whether id see them or You Am I or George but i chose George coz i saw You Am I last year (even tho they were the best act last year and they were promising to be just as good this year) and too my most suprise George were the most emotionally and energetically enfused act at homebake this year!, they ROCKED! the atmosphere there was amazing, the crowd was great the band were great and i never thought at the start of the day id be leaving thinking George were one of the best acts, if u missed it it was indeed a loss, exept if u were seeing You Am I of course then it could have been worth it.

Aye and does anyone else reckon that the sound on the Mainstage this year was well... SHITHOUSE!! u could only barely hear the guitars for Pacifier, in which i was bloody dissapointed coz it let the whole experience down, the whole sound overall was crap, too quiet. they definetally have to fix it for next year, i think is to do with the speakers being too far to the side and having shit all speakers in the middle.
and... theres just one more thing to get off my chest...

Who the F*CK puts ALEX LLOYD as the headlining act at a festival!!!?? at the end of a festival u DONT put a soft act! its besides the point that i HATE Alex Lloyd, but after a festival u want to go home on an energetic note not a soft, calm note, if u had a look around at the crowd at his concert u litterally - im not trying to exagerate - had everyone standing still, a few people nodding their heads in time but where is the real crowd involvement in that?? im sure some Alex Lloyd fans most probably enjoyed it but u arent meant to leave a band festival on a soft relaxed note, its meant to be powerfull and energetic, i cant say that the fat cunt himself provided that, if u saw the way he just stands there strumming his guitar at his microphone, because he honestly just stands there.

Ahh well anywayz , that is my story.
Later peoples, take care.
Adrian.
