Subject: Suggestions (All please read)

This club is doomed to have no activity. And I'll tell you Why:

1. You only start out with one horse. To be active in Buying/ Selling/ Trading you should start out with three horses.

2. Almost no one is selling horses, after all you can't sell your only horse!

3. The limit number of horses needs to be upped. ATLEAST to twenty.

4. People should have their own member pages... make them on expage.

5.1 You have enough members, now get more activity: Show members how to have shows, wheere you enter your horses in Classes for: Gender, Color, Markings, Height: for points. Different numbers of points= a different Title. This in turn raises the value of the horses.

5.2 Classes in shows should have upto 5 winners #1 getting 50 points, #2 40 points, #3 30 points, #4 20 points, #5 10 points.

5.3 The titles can be something like:
Ch. (Champion) -> 100 points
GCh. (Grand Champion) -> 250 points
TCh. (Town Champion) -> 500 pts
SCh. (State Champion) -> 750 pts
RCh. (Regional Champion) -> 1000 pts
NCh. (National Champion) -> 1500 pts
CCh. (Continental Champion) -> 2000 pts
WCh. (World Champion) -> 3000 pts
MCh. (Milky Way Champion) -> 4000 pts
UCh. (Universal Champion) -> 5000 pts
UAB (Universe and Beyond) -> 7500 pts
IAB (Infinity and Beyond) -> 10,000 pts

The abbrevations (UAB, IAB etc.) can be part of the horses name: Ex.
Ch. Black Jack: 18hh, Morgan, Stallion, Black, 5 y/o

6. Have some really active people make barns. The other people and new people can board at the barns (for a monthly fee)

7. Another way to get more horses in the club is to have a breed of the month. Everyone who wants to, votes for their favorite Breed of horse. This contest runs from The 1st of the month to the 23 or so, then you see which breed wins. And everyone who wants to can make up a free horse of that breed.

8. I wouldn't limit the club to just Arabians there are tons of other great horse breeds out there and you should explore them all.

Please remember that these are suggestions about how I think you could make the club better. I am not trying to take over or criticize you or your club. I am just trying to help. Please do not send me any angry emails, I am just trying to help. Consider what I said.
