1) He might be talking about waking up next to the person without having actually slept with her. People can sleep with each other without having sex.
2) Why does he have to just bring her to his house? Where the hell is hers? Can't she just bring HIM there? (That's in response to the part where it's said he never brought a girl home cuz it'd be awkward.)
3) He's 22 already. Many people aren't virgins anymore by that age. It doesn't mean he's wrecked or anything. It just means he's a normal human being.
