She looked at the others brought here concerning the ring. She looked down worried about something, she soon turned her attention back up to Elrond who was ready to speak. Elrond looked at his quest accounting each one he had invited to come here to Rivendell. He stepped forward. "Welcome all. I'm pleased you all have shown up." Elrond said smiling. The smile faded as he looked to the Halfling that sat next to Gandalf "I brought you all here to discuss a serious matter that most of use know of" Elrond took a deep breath "The ring of the darklord has returned. The halfling carries it with him. But it must be destroyed before sauron can get it. With it's power i fear what may happen in the wrong hands. I wish to have some of you escort the young hobbit to the mountain were this ring was created." He looked amoung his guest woundering who may volenteer.
