Subject: PRAISE REPORT

>
>Isn't God Great. Praise God and thank you for the prayers. Saturday morning we held the open house here and The Lord brought out the neighbors. We had five adults and over 12 children, plus about 30 people from Peace of Bangkok Church.
> We started the day early with praises and prayer. At about 10 am Peace of Parichard was officially opened. The entry door was anointed with oil and a prayer of welcome and pastor Phaitoon Hathamart offered praise to our Savior. As yet we don't have air conditioning, God in His Great Glory kept the temperature cooler than normal and held of the rain till all had left.

> Pastor Phaitoon taught about our savior and we enjoyed a meal with the people of the neighborhood. I will be posting pictures on the website tuesday night peaceofbangkok.org. There will be a link on the home page to the pictures.

> Our next challenge is bible study starting in 2 weeks, June 29 at 7pm. We will begin with the study of prayer (one of my favorites) then move on to basic training. The study will include not only study but also application as we will once a month go out to practice what we studied. Although great effort has been put into evangelizing the people of Thailand and providing translated bibles, virtually no effort has been put in to training the nationals or translating study materials. In a country that has less than 2% total Christians this leaves the new saints in this world of evil with no faith grounding or support. So we will be developing our training materials as we go and training up leaders from within the church. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We have also decided after much prayer to have a children's day here at the new church once a month for now. Pray for the needed financial support for this and all our other efforts.

> My wife's English class outreach started with 8 students, and it is somewhat impossible for her to teach English without teaching the Bible and Glorifying God.
>
> My study of Thai language is of to a rocky start but with the Grace of God I will learn.
