It's a hazy, humid night on Long Island tonight. I'm alternatingly trying to record a delicate guitar part for the title track of the next album, and catching glimpses of the Democratic National Convention on MSNBC. I don't know if you're still on the fence about who to vote for, but I just saw Chris Matthews interviewing Steve Buscemi who supports John Kerry. All I'm saying is...if you can't trust Mr. Pink, who can you trust?

While I've been working a lot this month on the album, not a lot of progress has been accomplished. Yet, I'm still hopeful that I can have all of the music for the next album recorded by the end of the summer/early fall. I'm going away this weekend with Deb to Newport, Rhode Island so hopefully that will rejuvenate me a bit for when I get back home and continue working on the album.
