Subject: Can someone tell me what is going on

I have been hearing rumours from afar that all is not well in St. Helens.

Would someone please say where you will be playing for the coming season.

First off I hear you have folded, then you will be playing with a youth team, then you have resigned from the league again.

As a supporter & programme editor of one of your local rivals (Warrington Town) I feel it would be a great shame if we were to lose St. Helens Town among our opponents. I think our clubs have more in common than many others due to the RL connections, even though we are affilliated to differnt county assoiciations.

Would someone please say what the current situation is as I don't like to pay to much attention to these rumours. A similar rumour was banded around at the end of last season regarding another of our closest neighbours (Winsford) but they are still up and running, albeit now in Division Two.

Best of luck to all there, and lets hope we will be meeting again before too long, although it won't be over Christmas/Easter this season. We have Nantwich instead. What about you?

WtP
