The mare Fajera owns these lands, and her mun Nikki is currently being oddly inactive, which happens often. If you feel like actually earning the place, feel free to wait; if you feel like simply claiming it, feel free to risk the wrath of Nikki; if you feel like going elsewhere, again, feel free. :) Nice talking to you, even though this really isn't my business. Trust me about the inactiveness though; a couple of my characters are involved in plots concerning Nikki's characters. Adios!
