hi, I'm new to the group, I'm struggling to lose weight and think a forum like this will definitely help! my biggest problem is definitely cookies! i think sugar is a bonafide addiction we all need to get over. I always seem to add some type of sugary snack to my meal, adding on calories! as punishment i go jogging every day now, but when school starts again in the fall i won't be able to job every day! at least i can jog a mile now...but still, just looking for inspirational advice as to how to remind yourself not to add things to your meal (i can't carry a photo everywhere i go!!) thanks!
