The repair season is going to be a long season in New Orleans, looks like. Maybe they should start by building a railroad track from here to New Orleans and move a mountain down there and bring it up to above sea level, since they insist on living there. That's just being silly, of course, but how silly is it to build in a natural lake bed? That RR track would cost billions, but looks to me like billions are spent in an attempt to keep the water out and that don't always work.
