Joking aside, I don't really think Willy is a fag, but he's a guy that lives in an entirely different world than we do where they get used to them and accept them, but I can't picture a guy singing about them. Wonder if he's just needing the money and making it off the queer sheepherder movie. Queers seem to be a novelty right now. I refuse to call them gay. Willie did it because Willie is Willie. He is about the only one that could get by with it. Can you imagine George Strait singing that? Of course not and nobody else would either. Willie is Willie and pretty much does as he pleases. His home town built a sign near the interstate and Willie didn't like it so he and Zeke set a fire to the poles and burned the sign down. Willie was driving from Hillsboro to Austin and got tired arround Waco and stopped on the side of the road to take a nap.
