Subject: That’s what I thought. I guess question really is, wouldn’t it be considered a breach of a verbal contract? I mean with all the former press releases saying it was a done deal wouldn’t that be grounds for it to be considered a verbal contract between the PRCA & New Mexico or with the amount of money that would be changing hands would there be no grounds for a verbal contract? Anybody know about business law, I was lousy at that myself.
