How are the pickles tasting?

The other night on RFD I caught a few minutes of where they were at Ross Coleman's parents place. I take it Ross has a house on the place also.

But they said they had 1100 acres and were running 800 head of cows. Can they run that many cows on that little amount of land out there? Or did they forget to mention they may of had lease land also.
