The guy in the boat seems like a weenie. If guys are trying to fish off the bridge what would it hurt to move out of the way. I can't imagine a guy calling the cops because he was hit in the head with a fish. I've been hit in the head with many things and haven't called the cops yet. I don't understand these things.
