Sorry to hear that. It's getting worse. I heard on the news today about a guy who shot and killed a burgler who was pilfering his car, inside his garage. I think he got five years. I don't understand that any better than I understand the border patrol gaurds being stuck in the pen for shooting a drug dealer in the behind as he ran away. (NT) -- Hap, 14:23:17 02/22/08 Fri

I saw it again and he got six years with four suspended. He also has to pay the burgler's wife five hundred dollars a week for five years. He's an ex marine who served eight years and told the judge "this guy was in my house, I wasn't in his.
