"I work in Veterinary Supply and my husband is in cattle suplement. We are hereing alot of feedback here in Idaho and Oregon about abandend horses. They are being turned out on public lands, state lands and the bigger ranches. We have 2 people in office here in Idaho who have horses dropped on their ranches. Veterinarians and farriers are getting all kinds of complaints on abandand horses. The only people I know who are benifiting from it are a couple of horse haulers. One is hauling to Mexico and the other to Wash. Canadian border.?
