Subject: Lots of big ranches. Some of them go back to the depression days when they bought land for 15cents an acre just to pay off the tax lien on them. Problem is there are less then 20 years ago. They been selling off some parts to developers and investing in land in Oklahoma and Texas. Not sure what link your speaking of with the hats.
