Subject: Thanks ZD..... now I understand...... that completely zoomed over my head when I was thinking who might buy cattle at those prices.... but horse show people and cow show people will pay anything to try and win.

My guy owns one of those companys. A big one. The cattle are sold as show cattle and a few pens of bulls are pulled out for Denver. I raised a set of Denver champions a few years ago. I own none of them. The cows are black Limmey crosses. Cattle sell at those prices because people want to buy whatever genetics won the last show. That's why they do the embryo transfer.
