Subject: That was the 2006 Cheyenne rodeo. I wrote SH about it and all he said was they were extremly proud of her. I don't give much credit to the auther of this article because of this clip inside>>>>>
In reply to: Varmit 's message, "Well darn..... wrote all this out once and it dissappeared.... anyway.... the Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia website says.... " Underwood is a supporter of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and has done several public service announcements for the organization"......they in about the same league as being against rodeo also..... So is their a link or message from her orginazation stating these facts? Not to say its not true... but would be a good source to link to." on 19:11:35 09/11/07 Tue

This has been on her website ever since I can remember. I asked her about it when she was coming on the PBS board and can't remember exactly was what her excuse was but it sounded lame to me. I just now took this off her website and she doesn't even bother to update. It's been on there for years and unless I'm missing something, BRO went by the wayside 13 or 14 years ago.

I might be all wet but something doesn't sound right to me and I have to wonder about her.

As for Carrie, she only stated personal reasons for pulling out, so who knows?

/////At a Bull Riders Only (BRO) event in So.California recently, one of our Friends of Rodeo representatives encountered 20+ protesters who wore ski masks and handed out anti-rodeo propaganda. The protesters were members of the known group "Animal Emancipation" and a radical group called "Jihad" - which in Arabic means "holy war" - this group is one of the most "vegan" groups around and is reportedly known as "dedicated to die for its cause."\\\\\
