As long as they are on TV and in articles I think they will remember them for awhile. Kinda like Shoulders, he never missed an opportunity to be in front of a camera, so kids new about him. - In fairness, it's that way with most things. Not all basketball players are a Michael Jordan, even tho they might have been one of the best ever. I wonder if Babe Ruth is the most remembered of all, including sports, or any other types of well known people.
