Subject: Tough enough to wear pink.

Am I correct thinking it started when Wrangler got it going at the finals?
I heard on TV that I think it is UNM will be playing a football game with pink socks and that little pink ribbon so if I'm right, that's something for rodeo to be proud of.
My wife and I went to the Nat'l Junior High Finals in Gallup and we wore some pink shirts like they asked.
One of our young buddies took both hind feet of a bull in the chest and we followed them to the hospital. Almost everybody that went down there had on pink shirts but don't know if the staff even noticed because they were busy getting him ready to air lift to Alb, where he spent a week and got OK.
Anyway I'm proud to support it and I think most rodeo guys are tough enough to wear pink and ain't queer enough to worry about it.
