Subject: I would guess that between 2001 and 2004 it was even higher on a yearly bases. They still buying some land down here, but mostly fencing it in and putting cows on it, until the market picks back up. They have done that with two 40 acre old groves that had growed up to nothing but bushes just this month. They were bought by developers and with cows they can get the ag tax instead of the high prices speculation tax.
