Varmit, no arguement that land is a good investment for a cowboy. I got to tell you though that over the long haul, land is not always the best investment. These talented kids need a good, honest financial adivsor. I talked to one of the PBR stars who got 'rich' at age 19 and found that the kid's daddy made him turn his money over to a CPA/lawyer/State Senator who is keping the kid grounded. Good on him. Half of my wealth is in land but the other half grows faster. I love the land more though. -- RODEO RAMBLINGS

Well I am thinking of what I would do if I were 20 years old again and how much I could of made off of land in the last 30 years. I think if your 20 now and you buy land, its going to be a win situation by the time another 30 years go by. I just don't trust those corporate investing type people to much.
