Subject: Varmit, no arguement that land is a good investment for a cowboy. I got to tell you though that over the long haul, land is not always the best investment. These talented kids need a good, honest financial adivsor. I talked to one of the PBR stars who got 'rich' at age 19 and found that the kid's daddy made him turn his money over to a CPA/lawyer/State Senator who is keping the kid grounded. Good on him. Half of my wealth is in land but the other half grows faster. I love the land more though.
In reply to: Varmit 's message, "Hope he's spending it on land. Good on the roping." on 06:16:25 12/18/07 Tue
