I talked Mrs. Hap into going to church this morning, so I' ve go t a little free time from execercising and walking, etc. I got my knee bending routine taken care of early this morning when I lost my balance when I first got out of bed and I splashed backwards on the water bed. Remember that iced tea commercial where the guy took a drink and fell backwards in the pool. Something like that, but that dang leg hadn't had a chance to limber up yet and I bent it all in one motion. Couldn't have picked a better place to land. -- RODEO RAMBLINGS
