Varmit, it averages around a minute and a half to two minutes per cycle. There's a speed setting but the therapist set it this way. It goes from - 5 degrees to + 125. The most I've had it is 115 and need to work harder on that. I get the staples out tommorrow and think that will help. Got a couple that bleed and I think they are stretched too tight.
