Hap, JW makes you measure and send him the exact length that you want. He measures like this. D<---#-->D<--#--D> and then you adjust it with the tugs. The amount of V you put in it with the breast strap is another adjustment you can make. I am so damned old and stiff that I ride little horses so my measurements are critical.
