Subject: Looks to me like this would be a good time for a complete house cleaning. The BOD is still gonna be just like they've been and looks like that's not good. The first thing I think they need to do is forget about PBR and get to rodeoing like they're supposed to. From what I've heard the guys that don't care to burn up the highway and stick pretty close to their circuit are screwed and can't hardly go at all. The circuit system looks to me like it should be right up there amoung things of importance and circuit members should be automatically entered if they choose to do so. Otherwise, those kids are losing interest and PRCA may not know it but they need them. Those kids can go elsewhere.
